Hotel Reservations
TRWA will no longer handle attendee lodging. Attendees must submit their sleeping room request online through the Hotel link provided by TRWA or by calling the Hotel’s reservation phone number and mention that you are with the “Texas Rural Water Association” conference in order to receive our contracted group rate.
In order to keep future costs down, you are encouraged to always book within the TRWA room block at the conference host Hotel.
Cancellation and Refunds
Hotel room cancellations and substitutions are the responsibility of the individual attendee. Compliance with the individual hotel’s cancellation policies are also the responsibility of the individual.
