Legislative Alert: To comply with SB 18, register immediately with the Comptroller’s Office to retain your eminent domain authority. The deadline is December 31, 2012, but TRWA recommends that you take care of this now.

The comptroller advises that question 9 can be left blank if your system has never exercised eminent domain authority.
